Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our National Nurse Resident Program Site Coordinator, you will lead and manage the implementation and operation of the nurse residency program at your facility. Your role is vital in supporting new graduate nurses and fostering their professional development.
Every day you will oversee curriculum delivery, coordinate mentorship, facilitate didactic sessions, and provide direct support and mentorship to nurse residents. You will also collaborate with clinical leadership, educators, and human resources to align the program with national standards.
To be successful in this role, you need strong leadership, organizational skills, comprehensive understanding of nursing education, and the ability to mentor adult learners. Your capacity to foster a supportive learning environment and drive program excellence will be paramount in shaping future nurses.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in the acute care setting.
