We’re seeking a strategic, mission-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead and oversee multi-department operations within our nationally recognized program. Annual Salary: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage diverse operational departments to ensure high-quality, individualized, trauma-informed care.
- Oversee residential treatment, risk prevention, education, clinical services, health and safety compliance, and facility operations.
- Develop innovative programs in response to emerging needs while maintaining alignment with Stetson School’s philosophy and mission.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
- Drive program quality improvement initiatives, using measurable outcomes and data analysis to strengthen services.
- Supervise and mentor directors and managers across functional areas, fostering collaboration and staff development.
- Prepare and manage the program budget in partnership with senior leadership.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a human services-related field.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience in residential or clinical program leadership. Experience working with state agencies such as DCF, DESE, and EEC is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, with proven ability to manage complex operations.
- Adept at communication, team building and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and to the highest standards of professional ethics.
