Position Summary
The Dressing Table Operator is responsible for dressing, plating, inspecting, coordinating, and expediting all food for the service staff and drive-thru operator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of food preparation.
Essential (Primary) Functions
Dress, plate, inspect, and coordinate food orders
Ensure all orders are prepared within a 5–8 minute window from receipt
Expedite orders and call them out to other operators
Monitor and maintain proper dressing table temperatures
Restock supplies as needed
Sanitize workstation regularly
Adhere to safety, security, uniform, and company policies
Secondary Functions
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management
