Location: 400 E 1st St, Morris, MN 56267
Schedule: PRN As needed
Compensation: commensurate with experience $45.00- $55.00/hour
NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Morris, MN. This location is within the outpatient clinic within the hospital with some swingbed coverage as well.
Must have CCCs for this position! Experience in outpatient and acute care a plus

Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
- High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
- Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
- State SLP licensure required
- ASHA certification is required
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
