Success in this role demands strong clinical assessment abilities, state licensure compliance, and CPR certification. Additionally, excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity help therapists navigate Alaska’s distinct outpatient settings effectively, fostering trust and optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
