Work Agreement:
- Shift: 12 hour shifts. Rotating day/night
- Weekend Rotation: every third weekend
- Holiday Rotation: two holidays per year
- On-Call Expectations: none
What We're Looking For (Your Superpowers!):
- Education:A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we love nurses who are committed to advanced learning!
- Licensure:Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
- Experience:While we empower new grads with incredible starting wages, we especially value those withat least two (2) years of clinical experiencein a relevant specialty area.
- Certification:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
