Responsibilities
The Director of Rehabilitation & Wellness Services is responsible for the overall operations & success of nursing, therapies, wellness and business services. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation and wellness programs to meet the identified needs of the community. The Director is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.
