Sacramento's pediatric orthopedic surgeons often manage unique regional patient demographics and collaborate closely with UC Davis Children’s Hospital. The city’s healthcare ecosystem emphasizes multi-disciplinary care and research innovation, setting it apart from other locations where resources or patient profiles might differ significantly.

Continuous education and fellowship experience in advanced pediatric spine deformities also boost employability in this region.

Tasks include preoperative planning, performing osteotomies or growth modulation surgeries, inpatient rounding, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive pediatric orthopedic care.

Joining Shriners Children’s Florida offers exposure to cutting-edge pediatric spine surgery techniques, collaborative research opportunities, and academic appointments with UC Davis. This environment fosters professional development through mentorship, involvement in translational research, and leadership in complex pediatric orthopedic treatments.
