Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator provides educational services for areas of patient care services to attain the Hospital�s objectives, mission and values established by corporate administration. Supports corporate-wide programs, nursing policies and procedures are developed to assess, evaluate and meet the needs of the patient. Assists with development and implementation of nursing education plans for providing training in all settings. The Clinical Nurse Educator provides hands on training for nursing staff to support the educational goals for the hospital. Implements an effective, ongoing training program to measure, assess and improve the quality of care, treatment and services delivered to all patients. The Clinical Nurse Educator shall work collaboratively with the nursing directors to provide educational services to nursing staff.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $83,200.00 to $103,600.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
