Baystate Dental in Belchertown is looking for a Part-time or Full-time Dental Hygienist, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
Schedule: Flexible days, (8:00-5:00)
Part-time employment offers:
- $44-$53 per hour + impressive monthly bonus potential
- Sign on Bonus $5k for Full-time, $2k for part-time

We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!
Previous experience is always a plus, but we also welcome new hygiene grads to apply as well. Must have an active hygiene license for the state of MA. New grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
- License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
