The company integrates advanced structural analysis with nuclear compliance, offering engineers leadership on projects that shape clean energy futures. The role includes mentoring, client interfacing, and direct involvement in nuclear plant construction coordination.

With a salary range from $116,620 to $179,890, combined with award-winning benefits like healthcare, paid leave, and bonuses, Sargent & Lundy offers a comprehensive package that reflects the specialized skills and leadership required in nuclear structural engineering.

Yes, travel to client sites, vendor offices, and nuclear plant locations is integral for design reviews and construction coordination. This hands-on engagement ensures designs meet real-world conditions, vital for nuclear facility safety and performance.

This role uniquely blends advanced nuclear structural design expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring engineers and interfacing with multidisciplinary teams, driving projects that support long-term nuclear plant viability and emission reduction goals.
