Job Summary and Responsibilities
PRN- 1 shift a week & 2 Saturdays per Month
Responsible for driving mobile coaches to schedule programs; greet patients with AIDET and accurately register them into designated registration module. Assist Technologist with patient flow, supplies and records. Flexible hours to meet program demands including 3 AM departures from EMS garage, working Saturday and Sunday programs when indicated.
Inform lead driver when maintenance, service and report repair is due on mobile coaches
Take inventory of coaches interior and exterior for needed repairs
Communicate with manufacturers and vendors that service mobiles when repairs are needed; communicate such to Manager and Director.
Maintain all required logs and records to include service logs
Responsibility to communicate to other drivers all changes in policies and work flow
Responsible for daily restocking of mobile units
Ensure minimal errors are made during patient registration
Assist with productivity, find work during downtime
Excellent customer service
Job Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent
1 year experience driving 40 foot vehicle
Driver's License: TN (AUTO:TN)
