Select Physical Therapy is seeking a per diem COTA to support our outpatient clinic. You’ll treat upper extremity conditions including tendon injuries, sprains, and post-op fractures, working alongside experienced hand therapists and orthopedic surgeons.

Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist, optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients.
- Teach clients new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services.
- Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
- National registration and state COTA licensure or registration REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 yr hand therapy experience. In leiu of experence, new grads with fieldwork in hand therapy.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid state driver’s license
