Overview
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)/Injury Prevention Specialist in Memphis, TN. This position is for a Certified Athletic Trainer, or Exercise Physiologist, required to be on-site providing injury prevention services at a large employer. Day and night shifts are available.

Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: 5 - 8 hour shifts : 8:00PM-6:00AM - Monday thru Friday or 5 - 8 hour shifts : 8:00AM-4:00PM - Tuesday thru Saturday
Compensation: Starting at $23/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Full-time On-site coverage for industrial client under the direction of Account/Program Manager
- Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:
- Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching
- Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
- Documentation and reporting on employee encounters
- Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
Qualifications
- BS Degree Required
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification
- Eligible for state license
- Minimum one year experience, industrial setting experience a plus
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
