Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro/Ortho
Location: Parkside section of Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!
Compensation: Salary range $82K-$90K, based on your experience.
Incentives: $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
Unique Location/Job Details: We are looking for a Physical Therapist to assist in our small and busy outpatient Physical Therapy office with our two Physical Therapists, one of which has over 4 years of outpatient experience, and Patient Service Specialist. We are a neighborhood clinic in West Philadelphia and we like our patients and staff to feel they have a community here. We keep a fun atmosphere with our Daily Wordles, seasonal décor and always flowing jokes and banter. We thrive in a collaborative setting and sharing responsibilities to place the least amount of stress on all staff members and improve quality care for our patients. The position includes treating patients with a variety of diagnoses, working as a team to provide good care, navigating thru and documenting thoroughly on our TherapyBridge EMR system, scheduling patients, and maintaining an inviting office space that makes patients feel welcomed. We offer opportunities to expand your skills via journal clubs, study groups and free continuing education courses as well as ability to become a Clinical Instructor for students.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
