Salary Range: $95,000.00 up to $115,000.00/yr (Commensurate with experience)
Select Physical Therapy in Santa Monica, CA is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager to join our team of 2 PTs and 1 PTA in this mostly orthopedics and sports focused clinic.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved at an established clinic as part of our joint venture partnership with Cedars-Sinai; the ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders and clinicians nearby and will be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community. The assistant center manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic as well as provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities
- Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
- Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
- Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
- Help develop strategies to increase profitability
- Provide an exceptional patient care experience
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 yrs exp required
