WHAT OUR TRACK MARSHALS DO
The Track Marshal provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional racing experience for all of our guests.
Each track marshal's objectives are to assist with loading guests into races, providing a safe race experience, and maintenance of the track.
A TRACK MARSHAL’S DAY-TO-DAY
- Assist Track Managers
- Prepare guests for their race by monitoring seating and ensuring helmets fit and are worn properly
- Monitor races from flagging stations and communicates safety-related issues and concerns.
- Clean and charge karts, helmets, and workstation
- Answer guest questions
