Job Summary and Responsibilities
Are you keenly observant, highly responsible, and committed to patient safety? Join us to provide vigilant care for high-risk patients through in-person or camera/monitor technology!
You'll be instrumental in preventing adverse events, maintaining focus, and communicating critical information.
You will:
- Continuous Observation: Maintain constant, visible contact with assigned patients (in-person or via streaming video). Observe for physical, emotional, mental changes; signs of deterioration, agitation, impulsiveness, unassisted movement, line/tube interference, vomiting with masks.
- Critical Communication: Promptly communicate all patient requests and reported changes to staff; escalate as necessary per protocol.
- Environment & Activities: Maintain a clean, safe environment; provide diversional activities as designated.
- Documentation: Accurately document observations and actions.
- Utensil Management: Document utensils into/out of patient rooms.

- Required Education and Experience: Any combination of related education and experience demonstrating job knowledge/abilities.
