Are you a talented and organized Cook with a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals? We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our Dietary team!
Reporting to the Dietary Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in preparing main entrees and coordinating kitchen activities. Your goal: deliver tasty, attractive, and nutritious products that meet our exacting standards and residents' dietary needs.
As a Cook, You Will:
- Master Meal Preparation: Accurately review diet specifications, prepare foods close to serving times, and ensure correct portions for each resident.
- Coordinate the Kitchen: Organize your workday, prioritize tasks, and complete all duties efficiently.
- Maintain Excellence: Adhere to recipes, monitor food quality (temp, taste, texture), and ensure proper handling of all ingredients and leftovers.
- Uphold Standards: Practice impeccable sanitation and safety, maintain kitchen equipment, and follow daily cleaning schedules.
- Collaborate & Support: Handle communications professionally and adapt to increased workloads, always contributing to a positive team environment.

Job Requirements
One (1) year foodservice experience.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
