Job Summary and Responsibilities
The LABORATORY at MGMC is a full service Laboratory offering services in Hematology Coagulation Blood Bank Chemistry Special Chemistry Immunology Urinalysis and a full Microbiology department providing laboratory services for outpatient inpatient surgery and a very busy emergency department. The testing personnel are nationally certified laboratory scientists and have completed a bachelor degree program and a year of internship. The Laboratory provides full phlebotomy services with staff in all inpatient and outpatient areas. Our phlebotomy staff have all completed an accredited phlebotomy program and most are nationally certified. Our phlebotomy staff use a state-of-the-art wireless handheld computer to ensure patient safety.

Current BLS Healthcare Provider Card- American Heart Association
