Responsibilities
Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Technician staff at a designated site and/or department while also performing the duties of a staff member. Additional duties include coordinating workflow, problem solving and creating staff schedules.
The Pharmacy Technician Lead will be able to perform the duties of a staff pharmacy technician.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Prior pharmacy tech/clerk experience or current pharmacy tech student or program graduate preferred. Intravenous (IV) Admixture experience preferred. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
Licensure
Current applicable state Pharmacy Tech Licensure (PHARM T) required prior to date of hire and maintained thereafter. National certification preferred.
Pay Range
