Job Title: Server

Position Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

• Deliver orders promptly and ensure quality and presentation standards

• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues

• Process payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

• Work collaboratively with team members and kitchen staff

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

• Positive attitude and team-player mentality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (if applicable)
